JUNE 5 · How to Not Have Sex · US Premiere (NYIFF Selection)

A Hindi adaptation of Richard Linklater’s 2001 film ‘Tape’ that cleverly explores sexual consent. Three high school friends reunite after 10 years and confront a case of sexual misconduct that none of them were ready for. As layers of denial resurface, the film traces the thin lines between misogyny, persuasion, and consent.

Followed by a panel on consent with director Sudharshan Narayanan and writer/producer Anshulika Dubey.
